Karen Saraullo, Clinical Supervisor
Karen Saraullo has been with Live Well Services, Inc. since 2008. Mrs. Saraullo has been a medical social worker for the past ten years and a therapist for six years. Mrs. Saraullo graduated with a bachelor of science from California University of Pennsylvania in Social Work. Mrs. Saraulloâ€™s passion is working with clients who have substance abuse addiction, mental health issues and eating disorders. Her experience also includes individual therapy, families and also working with children with special needs. Mrs. Saraullo has had her own personal journey herself with fighting an eating disorder. She can relate to all the females and males out there fighting this battle. Mrs. Saraullo also runs the Intensive Outpatient group for substance abuse and also the eating disorder group here at Live Well Services. Her preferred treatment techniques include 12 step, CBT, supportive counseling and reality based therapies.
Anthony Russo, Group Facilitator
Anthony holds a master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. He also holds bachelors degrees in the field of business administration and behavioral health. Anthony currently is a group facilitator for the weekly Drug and Alcohol Group. Anthony also has extensive experience in working with children and their families who have been impacted by autism and emotional challenges. Anthony’s approach to counseling is one that is solution-focused based, preferring to focus on the present and future circumstances by exploring individual strengths and resources. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with his family.
Dawn Sirois, Therapist
Dawn Sirois is a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. She has experience providing supportive therapeutic and crisis counseling services treating a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues that span from depression and anxiety, addiction & recovery, co-occurring disorders, marriage/couple counseling, parenting support, behavioral management/ADHD, family therapy, stress management, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, abuse and trauma, and conflict resolution as well as coping with daily life stressors in a healthy manner. Dawn currently facilitates mental health group therapy at Live Well Services that allows support of life’s challenges in a community environment. Dawn earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from LaSalle University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Millersville University. Dawn completed her internship at T.W. Ponessa and Associates which allowed her to conduct over 700 hours of individual and family therapy sessions under the supervision of Dr. Gene Nelson. Throughout her training and education, she has been providing mental health services in a variety of settings and populations including behavioral health rehabilitation services and domestic abuse agencies. These opportunities have allowed her to work with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds in both home and school environmental settings. Dawn uses a systematic treatment approach, which means that in order to treat the individual, it is important to look at their life in the context of their family, work, school and relationship systems. Dawn understands that each person and family is unique and requires a unique combination of treatment modalities. Her strength is in forming meaningful relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She believes in the value of the therapeutic relationship and its influence in creating positive change through providing a non-judgmental and safe environment. Dawn is prepared to work with you towards recognizing strengths, identifying healthy ways of coping, and heightening your self-awareness to an healthier, meaningful, and more productive lifestyle.
